The Commercial Pasta Stock Pot Combo Kit is the industry standard cooking kit to prepare pasta commercially in a stove-top application. Each component in the kit, has been engineered to perform for years of service. Each piece, like the Commercial Pasta Stock Pot or the Cylindrical Patented Fine Mesh Pasta Basket Yellow Handle / Normal Mesh Pasta Basket Green Handle are made to serve a specific purpose. The stock pot is a 3 ply aluminum core, anodized aluminum exterior veneer and T-7 scratch resistant anodized aluminum interior pasta specific design. Its wide 14” width accommodates up to four large 5” wide X 8” high cylindrical pasta basket inserts. The inserts included in this kit, are constructed using a massive ¼” solid stainless steel sub frame and feature two different linings each designed for performing a specific task.

The Design

Pasta Baskets are made from high quality 304 stainless steel and the Stock Pot is constructed from a 3 ply process of anodized aluminum, solid aluminum core, and special T7 coating.
