The Original Angel Hair Pasta Basket is designed and patented (US Utility Patent 6,732,636) for cooking angel hair, linguine and all other types of similar pasta.

Cylindrical Pasta Baskets are designed for cooking pasta commercially.  Commercial cooking requires fast service and high volume.  All Cylindrical Pasta Baskets have a super strong 304 18/10 stainless steel sub frame, a plastic encapsulation heat / water resistant ergonomic handle and a hang dry open end top.  The Original Angel Hair Pasta Basket has a PATENTED fine herringbone mesh lining.  We manufacture standard sizes that work with both gas pasta machine and stove top stock pot applications, other sizes are custom made for OEM use.
