Meet Pasta Joe

Hello, my name is Pasta Joe, and I am the guy to answer any questions about my line of Pasta Cookware.  Some people call me an “action hero,” because I sweep into restaurants and save cooks from using inferior cookware, but I am really just there to help restaurant operators like you get access to the very finest made and best designed pasta products.  

I enjoy working the kitchen line, and pumping out 200-300+ covers a shift.  In fact, I created Pasta Technology because I was not satisfied with the cookware available at that time, and demanded better designed, better made products, like our Patented Cylindrical Fine Mesh Pasta Basket.

My mission, is to provide my customers with the very best quality pasta cookware, period.  By innovating, maintaining high manufacturing standards, and keeping our costs low, I can achieve my goal of being the leading high quality pasta cookware provider.  But I need your feedback, it helps improve existing products, and plan new ones alike.  So feel free to drop me a quick note, I want to hear from you.
