Standard shipping options include:

• UPS Next Day Air
• UPS Worldwide Express
• UPS Worldwide Express Plus

Not all shipping options are available for all shipping addresses. Many international orders must be shipped via either UPS Worldwide Express or UPS Worldwide Express Plus.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of placement of your order through the website.

Note that we do not offer refunds for purchases that are not defective. We warranty all our products for 1 year unconditionally. Please ship defective merchandise back to us at Pasta Technology, 1 van Dyke Drive, Ho Ho Kus, NJ 07423. Provide original sales receipt and we will replace the defective product at our expense.
